Servino was one of the first full service restaurants in Marin County of be certified as a Green Business by the Bay Area Green Business Program. Through our efforts we continue to reduce our energy and water consumption, divert waste from landfills, and purchase products that are friendlier for the environment.
As a member of Marin Organic, we have started a long-term commitment to purchasing the best produce available from local farmers and purveyors. Beyond the garden, all of our meats, fish and poultry are humanly raised and come from sustainable sources.
